Individual Quickly Freezer (IQF) technology is a super-fast freezing system for individual products. This technology freezes products by exposing foods to cold air on a slow-moving conveyor belt and gradually decreasing the temperature.

The cold air used for freezing is the high-speed forced convection air, so it can be cooled very quickly. In addition, IQF frozen products keep the cold for a long time thanks to the insulating box covered with two layers of poyurethane stainless steel which causes less heat loss.

The conveyor movement speed and freezing temperature are both adjustable. Conveyor speed can be set based on the nature, shape and weight of the product. This speed may also depend on the requirement of the finished product. And the freezing temperature can be customized from -35 to -43 degrees Celsius.
